when u say effects done on after effects, do you mean every effect? i have a question for you lee, when u edit on vegas what file type do you have to like save it as to be able to use it in after effects

I can't really follow what effects you're talking about since most of my clips used in this were WWE promo footage. They usually have there own FX thrown in there, but I try to use the fairly simple clips, then add my own twist to them. I did change the coloring in this, basic effects throughout with the deform/TV looking effect you see mid-way through my video. And i render my videos in uncompressed avi. Renders quick and you can import them in AE without any problems.
