Yep, bitch had this coming to her as soon as she started fighting the cop. Fight with the cop and then half a second before you get tazed, you raise your hands? Yeah too late. You've already proven you're willing to fight him. And in this situation, it's not a cop's job to "fight fair." It's his job to end the fight without permanently injuring her. Good on the cop for not using his baton and causing serious damage. And good on him for not shooting her.
