Leroy speaks with Dondi about the differences between them. Leroy Colbert is the first man to develop 21 inch arms and is in the Bodybuilding Hall of Fame for doing so. He is now a consultant at Total Nutrition, a supplement and health food store located in Los Angeles, California. He is very knowledgeable in health and the philosophies of life. He loves to discuss both with people who want to learn. If you have a question, give him a call.

  • Mr 20 inch arms

  • Seatbelts save lives, period. Of course it's more expensive to the taxpayer to fix a guy that just flew through a windshield than a guy with seatbelt bruises.

  • i lowered the volume and its still loud

  • YOUNG GUYS DONT KNOW S#IT

  • I LIKE OLD SCHOOL PEOPLE LOOKED BETTER WITH THE OLD SCHOOL, NOW THEY LOOK LIKE FREAKS

  • love leroy!

  • Leroy,

I agree with you and I see your point. This conversation seems to be a miscommunication because Dondi is taking what you're saying way to literally. The concept of simplifying something, as mrproductionsmusik said to get to the root of something is absolutely a good thing. Also, I agree with you on not speaking like you read something out of a book, you should only say specific terms when necessary, and when you do, you must explain them otherwise it's not a fair argument. <Old School

  • To simplify thing is to understand the roots of a thing!

  • Leroy your right , simplify things and the world would be a better place, having an argument with this psuedo intellectual kid was ridiculous. If you said the sky was blue he would say it was white or gray because theres clouds.

  • That was truly entertaining. It reminds me of conversations with my elder relatives -- they tell me as a child to keep my head in the books, then use what they told me to do against me as an adult. Good Times...
