Pierce County Sheriff burglary deputy involved shooting scanner audio

(2-6-10 2:38 am) Pierce County Deputies responding to a burglary in progress, when deputies arrived one male took off running while the other two got into a vehicle, and then tried to run a deputy down and deputies had to fire upon the vehicle striking and killing the driver.
(NO DEPUTIES WERE INJURED IN THIS INCIDENT)

Another nice grab by PierceScan! Excellent work getting this stuff. Kudo's to the Deputies. The audio really demonstrates how crappy PCSD's radio system is. I hope they get a solution very soon.
