I obviously can't subtitle the whole thing via text comment so i'll just translate the main points hong10 covered:

point 1: (for ccw) kick your left leg towards your head

point 2: as you kick with your leg, pull/slide your head back

point 3: as you push with your hands, strongly twist your body in the direction you're spinning

point 4: keep your right leg completely stiff. if you kick your left leg strong enough, your body will go around.
