  • GAO: Government Accountability Office ?

  • Kind of an oxymoron huh?

  • If you want to know the truth just watch a documentary called *The Power of Nightmares*

  • I'm familiar with, "The Power of Nightmares".

It was a very good presentation by the BBC that I would recommend to others as well.

  • I can only stand about 30 seconds of the treasonous crap these people spew. Revolution is brewing. The silent majority has had enough!

  • Nothing this guy has said matters to the general public, who cares if the drug dogs have kennels, or if the the checkpoint has access to electricity or the BP database. What matters is the people and the restrictions of peoples freedoms of movement and violations of peoples constitutional rights. These checkpoints MUST be removed quickly and forever!!!!

  • You can whine all you want. Your argument is with the Supreme Court. Good luck with that.

United States v. Martinez-Fuerte, 428 U.S. 543 (1976) was a decision of the United States Supreme Court that allowed the United States Border Patrol to set up permanent or fixed checkpoints on public highways leading to or away from the Mexican border, and that these checkpoints are not a violation of the Fourth Amendment.

  • The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.

What part of "shall not be violated" is unclear?

  • Well except you are wrong. Martinez Fuerte. Delusional denial of the facts is a sign of insanity or utter stupidity.

  • Checkpoints violate the Fourth Amendment.

No amount of rationalization can deny the accuracy of this truth.

    Checkpoints... only in Amerika.
