@Indrius He's still not as well known to people in the US compared to the UK. They have a comedy festival in the British Isles named after him. I don't think they have one here in the states. Iam a comic and he's an influence on me along with Sam Kinison and Goerge Carlin.

@MultiSmartass1 that was probably true back then. But it's 16 years since he died and he's a legend to anyone who has any interest in stand-up comedy.

I heard about Mencia a few years ago from other comedians. This fucker is shameless and Rogan is correct. Mencia just steals and steals and steals and Rogan is one of the few guys to step up and call him on it. Good for him.

@Indrius As a Biil Hicks fan, I hate that as well. Unfortunately, Hicks is dead and didn't have the following in the US that Leary has. Hicks following is largely in the UK.
