  • To those who say he makes it look likes it's heavy.. He just using proper form regardless of weight...this is what gets him his bread after all... he can't afford to suffer a stupid injury..especially when giving a free video demo

  • @DevilTrigger009 I agree with Devil. Bodybuilders do powercleans with an olympic barbell, and a with a bit different form.

  • Why dont you just take a barbell and do the ordinary olympic lifts?

  • @kookahjoon it develops a powerful core, strengthens arms, and explosive power, and a good base.

  • @kookahjoon dunno, as far as im aware of, technique comes first then stamina, speed and only then strength. This is more for body builders i think, if you want to train for fighting this is not the exercise that would help you if especially for a beginner.
