Kingston upon Thames wakes up to heavy snow on 2nd Feb 2009. River Thames, up to Ravens Ait. While the M25 comes to a halt, London buses failed to turn out and most schools allowed children the day off to enjoy the best snow for 18 years here in the UK! A stroll up the Thames with Rufus my Irish Terrier.
