April 10, 2009, the Reading & Northern delivers an Alco RS-3 to the Delaware Lackawanna, our local Alco powered short line here in NE. PA.

The Jersey Central RR. #1554 has long called Jim Thorpe, PA. her home although It hasn't run in 20+ years. The DL. will rehab the unit including the JCL. Paint, and run her in regular service along with their many other operating Alcos.
