So Rogers thinks "they should have a right to lie in their adds because of freedom of speack".

Now that is verry shocking but soooo the rogers way.

Every one should swich to a smaller isp and say good by to them like we did.

the bigger question is did they over sell there lines and there just is not room for the bandwidth out there i know for a fact on shaw in my area they had not updgraded to suppport all the 50 mb/s packages and would end up getting 10mb or less after 6pm to 12am after there upgrade which we had been waiting or a whole year or more it solved itself.

i use privat usenet and get 52mb/s on shaw cable package i only should get 50mb on my package

Today got a flyer from Rogers for increase in charges from March 2012.

@mukerjea there is no Peak hours and non-peak hours with rogers i am a customer on their 32-34mbps line and i don't hit that the only place i can hit that is on USENET and or youtube and speed tests but i download only at max of 100kbps 600MB file takes me 2 hrs to download lately

Rogers throttles all the time. Waiting to get freedom from Rogers.

Rogers throttles 24 hours. Even at 4AM my traffic is being throttled.

Bell definitely throttles, I experience it everyday between 4 and 4:30 pm. Can't wait to change!
