Blade 400 test flights

This were my first flights with my Blade 400 after more than one month. The weather here in northern Germany is very bad this summer. Until now almost each day rain, strong wind or both together. But in the evening of the 23rd of July the weather was warm and almost calm and my friend Elmar and wants to fly. This is part one of two videos which shows two test flights and in part two my real first flight with the Blade 400.

Did I tell you that I bought myself a T-Rex 550? And lately, for my winter flights, a T-Rex 250 ? ... Think I became an helifreak... I wonder what's next...  Maybe a new computer, so I will make good videos of them and put that on YouTube...

Boy, let me tell you that we received a LOT of snow to date.... All I do now, is flying my blade mSR and my SR120.... inside my house... until spring time...

@frankygoestocanada Wow, great a T-Rex 550 aaaand a T-Rex 250. Right, you becaome a helifreak my friend:-) I just invested a lot in my T-Rex 500. I want to fly FPV next summer so I bought a Skokum 720 6-axis Gyro with rescue funktion and GPS stabilizer. It is almost expesive like a new helicopter, but the best system on the market. I tried out to fly FPV without such a system and I was not able to handle my heli. The next investment will be a new FPV system with maximum range.

Thank you for watching the video. I saw your videos too and I think you are good enough to fly outside. Here in northern Germany we have another problem this year. It is not too hot but much too windy and it is raining very often. So we have to wait sometimes 3 or 6 weeks for the next flight. That is very hard!!

Great video guys...I'm learning to hover (indoors because it's very HOT out side) I can't wait until I can fly outside like you guys.
