I too will be starting DBT soon. My therapist recommended it because of my Anger problem. At work at yelled at my boss and cursed her out. :(

@quadcore152 Thank you I'm glad you like my videos. I used to have pretty serious anger problems so I can imagine how you feel. There are so many horrible consequences from raging not to mention the shame and guilt I always felt when it was over. DBT should be helpful. Good luck with it. :)
