I've done very little krav maga. But I want some good consistent training real bad! I believ krav maga is best because it's raw and real.

I took my krav maga pressure test, where i get the shit kicked out of me for 10. Most of your techniques you train. You wont remember. Some become muscle memory. But when in doubt JUST FIGHT!. . Those 10min almost killed me.

Its not illegal if your a civillian if your military it could be in a court of law. This is the same as kenpo which has been around since the 1500's. But we have more of a base. This can stop an attack from people attacking you but there is no structre to Krav Maga. You need a base tech structre tech then variable tech. this system does not have all compoenents.
