Ammo. Everything else shot and extracted without a problem. And the Dupo 7 shot way low anyway. And the scary ass metal thingie turned sideways.

Purchased one today. The first time I fired the gun the cylinders wouldn't cycle to the next chamber. I was firing .410 #7 shot from Rem. After getting the cylinder to open I shot Federal 000 handgun loads. No problem with the Federal loads. Stay away from cheap .410 shot shells with this gun.

I have a judge 3" magnum that does this with some shotshells AFTER shooting regular .45 ammo....when the cylinder is clean, I have experienced no issues

Winchester PDX1s don't have any issues in extracting.

Not good. A self defence firearm HAS to be reliable. Other short comings can be overcome (at least to a certain degree) but if a weapon isn't reliable----and cannot be made reliable----then it's not worth owning. Period.

Hum, intersting. The hull of the shell may have expanded and stuck in the chamber. I tried some cheap 12Ga ammo once that did that with my single shot shotguns. Anyway, I am sure if it is a problem with the firearm, you will keep up updated on it.
