The older guy, Trevor Hall, is originally from Jamaica and lived in the UK, but he is now a citizen of Zimbabwe. He is married to a Zimbabwean woman. One of the few Jamaican Rastafarians who don't just talk about repatriation. That accent is genuine, which cannot be said about the younger guy.
