1969. I was so young and this is the version that I was looking for. I had forgotten the name of the group. I know people say it all the time but what happened. Don't people write songs anymore? Where is the originality. This is why music from this generation is so widely respected. The 60s and 70s produced some of the most wonderful music yet. Thanks for the post. :D Peace.

I was only 7 when this song came out but it has always been a fav like so many of the songs from the late 60s and into the 70s....I consider myself to more of an 80s music lover and anything rock and roll (Beatles for sure) but the 60s and 70s had some great soft rock/easy listening music!!
