I bought some of this cheese at Sprouts the other day, the mozzarella. I made pizza and I was shocked at how "real" it tastes. It melts, it browns, it stays soft. I believe if not told, people would not even notice the difference between this and milk derived cheese. Even though it's not healthy for you (no cheese is) it is great for splurging every now and then to make a not so healthy dish. I'm gonna try an eggplant mozzarella casserole with it next. Thank goodness for cheese alternatives.

u_U they only ship to the US, man being vegan at méxico is a pain in the a, all "VEGAN" stores sell not vegan vegan products...

Thats why I have to stick to raw greens, no guess y i've lost a lot of weight since i decided to become vegan XDDDD

I eat this cheese all the time. It allowed me to be vegan and enjoy the food i was eating. This is the best cheese i have ever had. You have to try it!
