@friendsfamilyaccount I have a DVD of this movie, and the quality is excellent. It's the one with the pink cover and has a picture of Shirley Temple with a delicious looking birthday cake.

What a sweet and genuine little actress she was. Thanks for posting this delightful scene. This song lightens my heart.

THIS MAKES ME THINK OF MY GREAT GRANDFATHER HE WAS IN THE BOER WAR , THANKS GREAT CLIP

This is a good quality. Because it fell into public domain, this poor film mostly turns up in crap condition on $1 DVD's and VHS. The version I have even has skips and pops in it. Being early Technicolor, this movie deserves a digitally remastered 70th Anniversary edition.

That's Arthur Treatcher with Ms.Temple singing an old
Music Hall ditty..Wotcher Koncked Em In The Old Kent Rd.
A great tune performed by an old music hall veteran and Fox'
major kid star.

I have this on dvd I'm 25 years old but I steel watch this when I have bad day it always brings smile on my face, this was my favourite scene from LP
