Do you play this with no driving helps whatsoever?

@JackCarver10 Yeah, I turned off all of the assists the game has and I do all the driving, breaking, manual shifting... It took me about a week to get used to driving with the MadCatz wheel...I crashed. A LOT. LoL, now not so much. But this game takes you to a whole new level when you have the steering wheel. At $100, it's absolutely worth it!

@TheFith And the cockpit cam is also great with the sound engine and all. It doesn't look and feel as "rigid" and stiff as other games. turn up the volume and DRIVE, that's Dirt 3! <3

@JackCarver10 Yeah, man! Thanks! Codemasters have really outdone themselves for this game. It's pretty much going to be the standard I will measure other racing games I play against. Also, I bought these Altec computer speakers for $24(!!!) and the sound in this game is just awesome. It shakes up my apartment! Haha!

DiRT3 is the most Amazing Racing Game I've ever played... Race: VAAKSY SPRINT CLASSIC Race 2 of 2, Finland, Evijarvie Car: Dalikfodda Off Road... Time: 1: 41.484. Second place came in at 1:42.219!... Controller: MC2 MadCatz Racing Wheel <-- This is the ONLY way to play this game! ;-)... This was a clutch corner move I accidentally pulled off to save it from a bad corner entrance speed. This single-handedly won me a really tough race.

not bad not bad at all. i definitely dont play racing games on a slippery surface so its definately much different. try huging the walls and corners a tad more, id practice that on forza 2 and grid and would take a good 5-10 seconds off depending on the track.
