  • @BoyWithBlackWings07 Oh right, that's how they explained the prison thing. Yeah, I think it's a flaw in every legal system that people's (both judges and juries) perception of you can get you unjustly tried.

  • @BoyWithBlackWings07 I'm sorry but I don't have write that she deserve it I simply write that she has to see it coming you can't fooling around all the time you have to be careful with guys of course no all of them are bad but some of them are that's all....

  • Hey nonstick01, would you mind emailing me part 1 of this ep? I'll send you my email in a msg. Thanks.

  • @SchocKimico Not really, she may fuck a lot of people but does she deserve to be raped? No.

  • I thought he was dead! Maybe I was jumping to conclusions because of their insane reactions. It's cool you've done your research, and what you're saying makes sense. However, it's kind of a known thing here that the victims are not protected as much as they should be. Kim mentions at the beginning of the series that she was prosecuted more because of calling the judge a load of names than because of the offense. Unfair that may be, behaviour like that in a court will not do you any favours.

  • @BoyWithBlackWings07 So I was just reading about British self defense, apparently it is a little less protective of the victim than American law on the matter, but this situation would in no way be prosecuted. Like if you read the examples of who gets prosecuted, they are clearly vigilante situations. They try each case according to several rules one of which being that the victim acted instinctively to defend themselves.

Also, when did she say she stabbed in the stomach, or killed him?

  • I need to know the name of the hotel in this! Does anyone know?

  • @Heligoland43 If you kill someone here I'm pretty sure you would go to prison. Self defense is one thing, but you've gotta stab someone in the stomach pretty deep to kill them. Besides the law is pretty fucked up.

  • I don't understand why Kim always goes back to Sugar, even though Sugar broke her heart...

  • @bossygirl10 well they also party, drink and did drugs so do the math lol
