You've heard lots of "healthy Christmas eating tips" you know what you shouldn't eat. But when the big day arrives you're going to blow it and eat like a pig!

So indulge, eat what you want, and afterwards I'll show you how to reverse the damage :-)

  • dude, i recently learned that you and trish joined a bodybuilding comp. and you guys actually won 3rd and 1st, respectively. awsome, man! congratz to you guys. happy new year!

  • @Wenzan3pm

Thanks, I just got the DVD from the show so I'll probably be posting some video clips over the next little while.

  • Lee I have been wanting this question answered for a while now.... Will you get stronger doing low reps or high reps plz answer thank u

  • @longhorns2102

You need both high and low reps. The number of reps you'll do will vary depending on the exercise you are doing. Check out my video called:

"How Many Reps Should You Do To Build Muscle"

  • hey lee i was wonder how come im too tired to workout at times i havent got a good quality workout in awhile

  • @MrRossboss2010

There are numerous reasons for feeling tired...

(i.e. lack of sleep, stress, diet, hormonal, lack of motivation, etc.). It's way too much to cover in a single YouTube comment. But if this is serious then you should see your doctor to check if there are any underlying health issues that need to be addressed.

Tomorrow make sure to eat 4 vanilla pies and this will cancel out the chocolate pies :-)

    No...

Only super models can eat and puke and still look good.

  • @leemhayward cool! i actually like how you can actually reveal your six pack weeks prior to the competition... it's pretty amazing. you can really get the job done, and i actually envy you, man. i hope i can reveal my six pack too... i can already feel the hard ab muscles... unfortunately, i'm a "see food" dieter as well. lmao.

  • you were high right? :D

  • I discovered your video's a litttle while ago and you've quickly become sort of a hero to me. I've been bodybuilding for 2 years now and i've learned so much and had a ton of success the last few months and i give alot of credit to your videos. You explain everything perfectly and have a way making training and nutrition easy. Just wanted to say thank you.

  • thank's I DID

  • Hey Lee...I was toying with the ideal of just pigging out for Christmas Eve/Christmas then saw this and said "That confirms it" Lol Though I still tried my best to take in plenty of good protein and not too many simple carbs, I ate like a monster! Well this week back in the gym I set 3 New Personal Records in Deadlift, Barbell Shoulder Press, and Lat Pulldown. I guess some relaxing pigging out is good from time to time.

  • I've gained 1.5Kg over Christmas so far and loving it. I've been trying to mass up heavy for months but have failed terribly. Who knew Guinness and several turkey & bacon meals a day would work :)

  • Lol Alrite I think imma just start back on the blast your bench program but the thing that gets me on the program is that it says we have to do bench press everyday? I thought u r suppose to let ur muscles rest?
