While the federal government may have original jurisdiction to enforce federal immigration laws, and declare war, the federal government does not have exclusive jurisdiction to enforce federal immigration laws. Under laws enacted by Congress, states have concurrent jurisdiction and are requested and encouraged to assist the enforcement of federal immigration laws. US States are encouraged to engage in war, if invaded.

Congressman Bilbray needs to keep on keeping on to tighten our immigration policy and to force the government to enforce our current laws. We NEED a secure border #1. We need to deport all illegals, they have broken a law. When legal citizens break a law we have to pay and pay dearly. Let's stop lawbreakers NOW. The Federal Government is breaking the law by not enforcing current law.

I am an illigal immigrant for 15 years-They do not want to lligelize me now -very good I do not pay any tax and I will never pay and they will not deport me ,I am withe and i got driving license and state ID -15 years I shoud pay about 75.000$ income tax but they do not need it -so is on my bank account.....

I don't know why I waste time listening to you. Arizona has NO Army, No Air Force, No Navy, and NO Money. They are attacked by Mexico, the USA, and the Drug Cartels. The Arizona Sherrifs and Federal Judges are recieving death threats, just like in Mexico. Arizona will NOT win this law suit. The judge wants to live.
