i have the same blower.it is the same as the br600 it just has a governer that doesn't let it run at a higher rpm

it peels it off???????

how do you like the stihl blowers? do the 4 mix engines have to have the lines checked because you are burning oil?
-
PS. to bad stihl refused to hire me so I have no choice but to destroy them by releasing my new backpak dual fan and arms running at a 15,000 rpm and totally silent. Running time with generator 8 hours per pak.
Wait and see this summer ... I'm just wondering whom to sell it to.

Awsome video dude Love the fact you show it work..
But I have something interesting for all of you STihl Lovers I converted all of them Trimmer pro and back pak and hand held blowers to electric 10,000 rpm brusless motors with 3x Lithium snap in Batteries which last 2hours or more.
I use to be a Landscaper and hated the smoke and noise from the machines and anoying customers whom wanted their window open in the summertime so I solved the problem.
They work even better than Gaz.

do you do landscaping?

i like sthil, dont get me wrong, but there not really commercial grade. you see how the whole engine is covered completely, that makes it easier to overheat and have an engine failure. unlike commercial blowers it doesn't have sensors that kill the engine if its beginning to overheat. which can lead to pricey repair bills at the end of a long day

It creates a slippery surface on the walkways, which can cause customers to injure themselves.

Dan I have a question regarding the 550. Have you ever used the Stihl 600? I know the engine on the 600 is a little bigger? That would be a great comparison test, just wondering which of the 2 you would recomend? If you ever have used the 600

Well, I haven't used the BR600, But I have a friend on YouTube who has a BR600. His channel name is Josh30041. From what I've heard, the BR600 is louder, but yes, it's more powerful too. It all depends on how much you want to spend, and what you will be using the blower for. It would make a cool comparison test though, good video idea!

does that always start on first pull?
samnerferboy 3 years ago
So far, yes. I think what helps it fire up easier is the big fan the engine is attached to. It acts like a flywheel. When you pull the rope, the fan's weight keep the engine cranking over longer than a trimmer or chainsaw. But it's still a good engine to start up that easy every time!
