Pyramid Sets, Hi guys for this session I decided to super set between pyramid sets by selecting a chest exercise and a back exercise, usually I start off on 12 reps then 10 and then 8 each time increasing the weight by 2kg. This I a very good muscular endurance session as it is continuous and the only real rest is when you work your other muscle group before starting again on your first.
@Bizzare77777 Hey thanks for the comment, no you don’t rest you just keep going till you’ve done 3 pyramid sets it does get harder so more times than none you start with heavy weights and end up with really light one. : ) love it though
