@killerblue1 Wrong, the number 7 they describe is not what you see in this video. They are talking about the one where you hold a dumbbell at the mid position of a bicep girl, then swing your arm left to right. That one does nothing because you're not using gravity the right way.
This cougar is excellent shape!!! :) , bravo!! Oh and the Form here is great and should be done at least on every second work out day as part of the warm up.
This is a useless exercise.
