Here's my simple stage makeup tutorial! Hope its helpful for any of you budding performers out there. This is really just the base for anything you want to do. You can go as crazy as you want on top of this. For example, I had to stage kitten last Saturday and I did an enormous red glitter lightning bolt down the left side of my face over my eye. Very Bowie, it was fantastic! Just remember to HAVE FUN and less is NOT more when you're on stage! Thank you so much for watchin!
For those interested, I started a second channel called BurlyChaos

  • love the stash!! haha and it looks really good!! i like seriously think that would be good to even do as daily makeup for meee!:) haha

  • I think ur amazing. there i said it.

  • how long have you been doing makeup? i think you said so in your intro video but i don't remember if you did or not xD and i really think it is great that you are a guy doing makeup and you bring just a cool air with you, making makeup more real then just something pretty girls like to do.

  • i like your mustache too :3

  • I think the biggest mistake that people new to the stage make is that they don't go dramatic enough! They don't really get that you can see NO detail from most of the venue if you treat it like everyday make-up. DRAMA DRAMA DRAMA <3

This from a completely observational standpoint of course, I've never set foot on stage ;)

  • Really awesome technique! I think that the foundation might be slightly too dark for your skin tone even on stage... but then I guess it depends on how tan you want to look, just on cam it looks slightly too dark. Just my opinion, I'm by no means an expert by any stretch of the imaginination lol! <3

  • smartie smartie with the rolling that kabuki(:

I need that fucking stache, okay? okay.

I love love love that you've got a stogie in your hand at the end, it's my favorite.

  • someone got some wonderful brushes....real techniques....sigma...awesome!! love the tutorial!

  • Contouring is sooooo nifty or stage makeup. Thaaaanks!
