Thank you for this video! I've tried looking at graphs, but they are all much confusing. You told me cleary the stages. Nice job.

All of the information for this video came directly from lecture notes given to me by the psychology professor, and augmented with information from the textbook. I disagree that the information is inaccurate. But please, before you send disparaging comments, do us all a favor and proofread - if not for grammatical errors, at least for lucidity of argument.

A lot if the information being presented on this video is inaccurate, and partially true. Also that if the information is given many times it is not on the correct sleep stage. Just letting you guys know because this would not get you an A in a test, or even a C.

Good video!

@biancospirito A dreamworker is one who works with dreams -- their own or others -- by learning to interpret them or otherwise work creatively with them to gain some kind of personal insight into their waking life.

This is EXCELLENT!!! I hope you got an A++ for it. It is so good, I am including it in the online course I am developing on' Becoming a Dreamworker' for Atlantic University. Bobbie Ann Pimm

Thank you! Yes, I did get an A. Thank you for including it in your program. What is a dreamworker by the way? I'm very curious to know!

No, I did the video for a project in my Psychology class. Sleep is very interesting, though. I found the information very usefull myself. The hypnagogic hallucinations and the sleep paralysis were particularly interesting, as I've had hypnagogic hallucinations myself, and didn't know how to interpret them. Thank you for your comment.
