@guardjudy A band marching down the middle of a the road is now a health and safety hazard and the Police are expected to lower the "risk category" by attending. They are required to wear hi-vis as they are on a public road with the chance of moving vehicles being nearby.

@1912fld From the mid-1990s, women have served in all British Army bands. The instruments, assets and personnel of the former WRAC Band became the new Band of the Adjutant General's Corps when the WRAC was disbanded in April of 1992..
