The scenes from near the beginning about Darum, the robber, and Tiem, his daughter. I couldn't get the part in Shure with the dead Rascals because it wouldn't rip from the DVD I recorded it to (I don't have a capture card, so I record to, the rip video from DVD-Rs.)
There's money in the tunnel too?! LOL I love this remake...if only there was an english version. thanks for putting this up...brings back fond memories.

It's interesting to note in this remake that if you go to a Clone Lab just after Teim's death, the guy there says that if you came to revive Darum and Teim that's impossible cause their bodies were torn into pieces due to the explosion and the current clone technology is not advanced enough to revive such a bad damaged corpse.

@ElectricRat
That was not assisted suicide. Rolf gives the veil to Teim, so that the people in Motavia who are mad at her father due to the deaths he caused wouldn't recognize her. When she meets her dad, he asks for money, and she insists that she will not give anything and he should stop killing people, then he slashes her before she can show off her face.

@cynicalseymour He blows himself up with dynamite that he had on him. Kind of like the dynamite you need yourself at points in the game.

Addendum to Jenova's statement:
If it's like the Phantasy Star II (which this is a remake of) it was basically an assisted suicide. She wore that veil so her dad couldn't recognize her and so he would attack her. Maybe it was because she couldn't live with herself knowing that her father had harmed so many people or she may have done it to punish him. It was likely a mixture of both. At least that's how I've always understood it. Easily one of the darker moments in these early videogames.

She had a veil over her face and her father apparently couldn't tell it was her...He thought she was just some random who wouldn't give him her money.

I still don't get why he killed her in the first place if she knew he was her father. I wish there was a translation to depict this event clearly.
