  • When I work out for 40 mins a dont feel like ive done enough! My muscles feel more used when I work out for an hour. Any tips man?

  • i work out 2 and a half hours a day and im fine... 45 minutes is stupid as shit...  im also taking pro hormones so 45 minute workouts can suck my cock. im invinciblle bitch

  • i used to do mine for longer. maybe.1.30-2 hrs-now i 1_2 bodyparts,at least 2 ex for each.maybe some compound moves two.all in an hour or less.people ,you have to learn to have a stopwatch and time your sets.you will see great results!!! TRUST ME

  • @xPorNio Look at their workouts on their website. They only do 12 sets for each workout. For back and biceps they probably do 9 sets for back and 3 sets for biceps.

  • My last workout I followed your advice and did three sets of each exercise, each set to failure, and that was the best, quickest workout of my life. Imma do all my workouts like that from now on.

  • @xPorNio Then your either taking way too much time between sets, or you're over training the muscle.

    I can train chest and tri's in 35 minutes and do 30 sets in that time, and absolutely annhilate the muscle.
