You're All The World To Me" (1950) is a song Written by Burton Lane and Alan Jay Lerner. I changed two of the locations because this is a Valentine to Anne. This song has been popularized by Fred Astaire in the movie Royal Wedding. Astaire is featured to be singing about his love interest played by Sarah Churchill, and with a custom made set which mechanically rolled to make Astaire look like he was dancing on the walls and ceiling as well as on the floor.

Hi Ed, I also like Tony Bennett's version of this great song. Tony needed needed a professional band to back him up. All you needed is your charm and the Uke. Anne must be really something.

Thaks Sid. I appreciate your thoughtful comment.
I learned the words by listening to the Tony Bennet veresion. He's the best. Anne and I will be married 48 years tomorow. It's been a combination of OMG and LOL. She is quite a lady to have put up with me for all these years. I was able to get her an Irish citizenship (I am half Irish, sedond generation) so I think that she is eternally grateful. I guess we will see aobut that "on the other side." All the best to you. Ed
