.good tips i wanted to know... when sum1 is low in morale because he just solved some questions and answered most of them wrong cope with it.. . i believe that i can do it but ...sometimes during my study hours i become frustrated after i sit for too long and then i start getting all wrong answers ... i thik this is going to affect me when i give the CAT test so any tips as to how i can overcome it and keep my cool.... how much should one study at a stretch before the saturation point arrives

absolutely it doesnt really matter what background you have....
its just a myth that only intelligent people can do it...
its a challenge for the people in other streams ....so just put in more with more belief....and this belief will surely mould the thinking about CAT ....and at last you write your destiny with your own hands....SO FOR CAT...NO ADVICES; JUST DO IT !! IIMpossible is nothing !!
