New Trades Training Centre on Vancouver Island

North Island College celebrated the grand opening of an $8.2-million Trades Training Centre which will provide local apprentices one of the best-equipped trades training facilities in the province. This new facility is home to the North Island's first carpentry apprenticeship program, and will also offer a plumbing program and a cutting-edge marine training program. This LEEDS Gold-certified building is also one of the greenest in the Comox Valley.
