This is a video of my son and I sailing to Kingston Ontario on Lake Ontario. It was a wonderful trip and on the way back I passed the schooner St. Lawrence II out of Kingston. There is no doubt that sailing is a great way to relieve stress. Please comment about what you do to relieve your stress. Folkboater out.
