She didn't fall when fighting against the pirates, she was scuttled by the British Royal Navy following the battle of Trafalgar because she was too badly damaged to make it back to Portsmouth.

Seriously. I did that same thing in RTW and Med 2. It was hellish fun playing the Macedonians. Med 2 everyone was almost the same though.

Yeah because that ship had such an illustrious career.
- Nearly captured and horrendously damaged by the British at Cape St Vincent
- Very nearly captured by the sixth rate "Terpsichore" as she fled from the British fleet after that battle
- And finally captured and then scuttled by the British after Trafalgar. As with all of the ships in the Spanish navy: well built and good looking, but terribly manned - you Spanish just weren't up to fighting at sea.
