Inverted sit-ups using gravity boots. There is a pile of rocks on the floor and during each sit-up I take a rock and put it in the bag in between my legs. This time I was able to do 15 reps.
Good tips on getting off at the end and the rope as safety measure. I was looking for such info elsewhere on YouTube and couldn't find it. Keep training mate!
I learned myself after two attempts or getting stuck once that I could use one set of limbs to pull myself up another set of limbs nice drunken master techniques though make sure you post a video when you get all them rocks
I do the same thing. Except with boulders...
