When I was young watching this song on treehouse i never realized what this song was about, but now after growing up I do realized that people like your granddaughter any my mother are angels. For many years as a child it was hard for me understand that my mom's mentally challenged and many times I felt shameful as well. I'm glad you made this song. I might not have done "normal" mother-daughter things, but my mom taught me things that can't be taught by anyone else. She taught me love.

I was thinking about "Angels Do" this morning and started to cry. I hadn't seen it for many years. I was glad to be able to find it on youtube and learn more about the inspiration. Very powerful.
