@centervilletn I can't really answer for John, but I am pretty sure he doesn't need the extra support. When I was a kid I tried some with wrist support, but now that I am older I find the wrist support models too big and clunky and less challenging. Once you learn and get comfortable without wrist support , the slingshot becomes part of your arm. You get used to how it fits , and the wrist support would just be redundant.

in north america those bags are called "fanny packs " Here that just means "ass" packs. but as I understand "fanny" has a different meaning there in the UK LOL

does the double band take foxes and at what range ?

hi there, i haven't took any foxes myself, but with the trebble theraband gold i would be very suprised if it didn't kill foxes, i use the trebble theraband gold with 12mm lead balls and it makes a right mess of pheasants and rabbits, so i would say a head shot on a fox would do the job, many thanks john :)
