ODM wrangles erupt again

Matters are boiling up within the Orange Democratic Movement-ODM party in the wake of the passage of the new constitution. A section of the party is now pushing for disciplinary action against higher education minister William Ruto over the stance he took against the new constitution. But members of parliament allied to the cabinet minister have come to Ruto's defence dismissing as baseless calls for disciplinary action. But as NTV's Jane Kiiyo reports, long-standing differences within the leadership of ODM could well be at play yet again with the new constitution merely providing a new platform.
