I think if we have more buses around pick hours (especially around 8:50-9:15 am), buses would have been less crowded and we can get to class on time (:

let me rephrase the description..

"The Rutgers bus system, which is the largest university transportation system in the country, has brand new buses this year which still are overcrowded. The new fleet are easier to load and unload and better for the environment and enjoying the wait for an uncrowded bus to arrive."

The buses are worse in terms of overcrowded. Rutgers failed to realize how many students they were taking in.
