Deep Space Nine: Tora Ziyal

A short little musical tribute to Tora Ziyal, stuck between two worlds and trying to bring them together. There were three actresses in this role but have chosen to stick with the final actress, Melanie Smith for this vid.

As a Cardassian fan naturally Garak, Dukat and Damar also appear!

When I first saw her die, I felt really bad for Dukat. He cared for her so very much... I thought that it was very dumb of Damar to kill her, especially in front of her father.... I think that was the catalyst that pushed Dukat over the edge and into madness.

Ziyal is "Rachel" from the Seinfeld shrinkage episode. Great character, and really helped show both sides of Dukat, and his eventual slide into madness.

Zial was probably my favorite character in the Star Trek franchise, other than maybe Kes. :SPOILER ALERT: It's so sad how she dies. :( Great vid!!! :)

when i first saw this years ago, seeing Ziyal get shot was heartbreaking. damar never tolerated a traitor. thankfully his character matured later.
