It looks like you don't know what happened in Iran two years ago. What you see on this video is "continuing" that movement. They will rise, but first, they need to be organized, going on streets without a leader and without a good organization, is suicide.
They will come back, and hopefully this time for the last time. This is a revolution process.

The international community can do whatever it wants - and believe me NOTHING will change unless the people of Iran from inside rise and do something and then have us from outside join them. The movement MUST come from within - otherwise it is business as usual as it has been for the past 32 years.
And from the sign of things - Iranians are HAPPY with what they have - OTHERWISE they would rise and start the mother of all revolutions. No excuses.

@ComeonMan123abc I agree fully with you on this: it must be Iranians who rise if they want to change their political system (just as in any other country) and it's a mistake to expect anything as a country/Nation from foreign states. Also, Iranians are too dependent on foreign opinion about them. (However, I do understand the will for moral support from civil societies). But 'happy'? Iranian people are trapped, powerless, maybe they want smth impossible, but they are not happy and you know it.
