Btw, I didn't exactly know how to pronounce your name (Sheer vs Shur), so yeah. If it's not right, oh well. In the end I kind of did a mixture to fit my rhyming structure best, so it is what it is.

meh. both entries to this battle were so so. yours sounded better. but dont take offense to this but your puchlines were a little weak compared to Shir, but hey this is the only track ive heard by you so im not saying your not good. im just sayin as far as lyrical abillity and style, i think Shir won. cause honestly this sounded like something soulja boy would do.... anyways keep doin what ya love man. idk if im supposed to say but me and shir are about to battle soon so look out for that.

id like to see soulja boy even come close to this lyrical content... not to sound full of myself or anything but... yeah. and you're probably only saying that because of the beat type (unconsciously i mean). shir's was much more "old-school" oriented.

well the beat and your flow, your style just reminded me of todays mainstream is all. you got a crunk style. not a bad thing, just not my taste. all i listen to is old school hip hop. todays rappers dont have anything relevent to say today sadly, the only mainstream i like at the moment is Eminem. he can kill the mic.

If you want a little more old-school style from me - look at the song We Need Hip Hop. If you want something telling a story, look at the 9.F Anthem and if you want wordplay look at Kill 'Em Solo (only if you've played CoD5 though,.. else you won't understand the references)

but yeah, i get what you're saying. I'm not trying to sound old school, I just like to think I'm better than people like soulja boy when it comes to lyrical content. I know I sound modern, but thats probably a by-product of discovering hip hop after the "golden age" as people call it.

I like the "crunk" sound as you call it - a good, upbeat way of rapping in my opinion. But mixing that with good lyrics is even better - not just saying "crank that" 1000x over.

i agree, you're lyricly more talented. i didn't live during the golden age sadly. but all my cousins listened to when i was a kid was old school. so that's the stuff i was opened to first and i love it to this day.

It was fun battlin you Nik, it was cool to clash two different communities together. And i got lots of feedback about my flow and timing, so im going to be focusing on writing more accurate bars for the beats im using,,,hopefully it pays off ;) It was good meetin some of your crew too.

btw keep an eye out for the battle this weekend. should be up and going then. Shir is going first and i cant wait to see what hes got. i think my only downfall in this battle is my mic. i dont have a money for a high quality mic yet so it won't sound professional.
