This is a short review of Content Management system or CMS for short.
I discuss what is a CMS and the benefits within web design and its functional importance to clients who request a website.

Dreamweaver cs5 has a built in function that helps you build a CMS website using Record sets. Record sets are a little complicated to when linking the various elements of the php code and although it is very basic it gives some insight into how the php code work and interacts with a database dynamically.
