NWO AGENDA: HAARP technology. Russia got it???

Well, it seems that the "Norway spiral" exposed some conflicts in the NWO agenda, involving Russia and USA. Russians scientists reported to Prime Minister Putin that the high-energy beam fired into the upper heavens from
the US High Frequency Active Auroral Research Program (HAARP) radar facility in Ramfjordmoen, Norway this past month has resulted in a "catastrophic puncturing of plants thermosphere thus allowing into the troposphere an unimpeded thermal inversion of the exosphere, which is the outermost layer of Earths atmosphere". The pulse, actually was fired from the European Incoherent Scatter Scientific Association (EISCAT) radar farm, where'ssettled the HAARP antennas, as I already disclosed in one previous video. The Russians accuse the Americans of acting like gods, but it seems that Mother Russia isn't that innocent. This video has strong evidences that the Russians also have been making experiments with massive EM pulses.

IF, it were possible to do what you people say HAARP can do, then some commercial company would already have their own HAARP array fleet, with each antenna element built onto the roof of a car, driving around cities, to facilitate brilliant laser shows for hire! Each car would also have kilowatt sound systems. They would park at spaced intervals, use their antennas to make a huge cloud level screen, blast music, and make big commercial bucks! Think about it, but... it's not possible!
