I personally think A LOT if not all of these agencies need to go but I'm curious about the opposing argument. Does anyone know where some good info is on why to keep these departments?

All I've heard thus far is just things along the lines of 'well if they don't do it who will?' that's not a legit stance. We as Americans have always been amazing innovators so that's not really an issue. The issue that I'd like to hear about is why we should keep them.
