Left 4 dead 2 - How did the last survivor saved himself while being ridden by a jockey

Three survivors were all killed. So in theory if the last survivor got pinned down by a hunter / charger / jockey / smokey, he should be hundred percent hopeless.

But the man in this video survived somehow??
