Earlier this year many of you who followed my research videos over the past few years noticed that suddenly my channel was suspended by You Tube. I had become a victim of a mass conspiracy led by the cultist Desertphile and his hoard of God hating followers.

Up to the point of my suspension, they tried several different tactics to silence my work and destroy my reputation. First they tried spamming all my comment sections with hundreds of hateful and abusive posts. So I learned about comment approval and user block. Having success with that method of bully avoidance, they then resorted to false flagging my videos and having them pulled one at a time. But I was able to have them reinstated by proving they were falsely flagged. I posted a video about these victories on my back up account, SmackStandsStrong.

Undeterred, they came up with ever more deceptive and cunning methods to harass me. They began using my own video content (heavily edited) to make seemingly supported accusations against me. So I registered my entire video collection with the copyright office and started having the violating videos pulled down for copyright violations.

Unable to counteract the law, they resorted to publishing WITHOUT MY CONSENT my private and personal information such as my full legal name, home address, phone number, and email. Of course all that information is publicly posted on my website and in some of my videos, but You Tube guidelines SPECIFICALLY states that other people's personal information such as full names and contact information is not to be disclosed without that person's consent. But these haters ignored those rules, and mirrored videos violating my rights hundreds of times over.

I had them pulled down one by one, which made these abusers all the more determined to beat me down. After all, despite their venomous hatred of me, I KEPT ON BEATING THEM AT THEIR OWN GAME!!!! Finally they resorted to the most low down tactic I have ever seen. They created an account that looked exactly like my own channel, and began filing false DMCA's in MY NAME (which had been disclosed in previous videos without my consent) against other You Tube users who were not actually violating my copyrights. Desertphile himself was one of those who received a notification not filed by me. Was this all part of his plan? I cannot know for sure - I leave that up to your imagination.... But the tactic worked - for a time anyway. You Tube suspended my account for misuse of the DMCA tool, and it appeared the hoard had won.

But I refused to quit.

Time reveals all truths eventually, and though it took a while, it became very clear to the You Tube legal team that I had been impersonated, abused, harassed - my rights had been violated - and my account had been unjustly suspended.

As I told Thunderf00t prior to my suspension - "May the best man win". He was full of confidence after his victory over venomfangx, and was convinced I was making the same mistake. I told him about my copyright registration, but like the others he ignored the warning. He threatened me saying in 6 months I would be making an apology video by force of a judge. And my ensuing suspension must have fed his growing ego....

I has been about 6 months, my pontificating friend...

I have made a victory video instead, on this weathered but enduring "EletrikRide" account. I beat you, I proved I was truthful, justified, and innocent of any wrongdoing.

As I witnessed earlier this year with the sentencing of The Chandler Serial Rapist, justice seeks equilibrium. Even though it may appear for a time that evil has won, The Universe seeks out a state of equilibrium at all times. When there is an unbalance, forces conspire together to reach equilibrium. It is the engine of all the Universe. Chaos theory is bull. Science is witness to order and design in the Universe.

And my vindication is an example of the science of the Universe at work, protecting the truth and vindicating the falsely accused.

Desrtphile, HHOINFO, Jupy921, Radarman, Stormcat, NotSoOldHippy, Silverados1500, EnergySupply2000, Thuderf00t, SuperSoyent.... and on and on......

I beat you all, each and every one of you. Your vile abusive hatred was not enough. The best man did win. I'm still here and I'm here to stay.

You cannot and will not EVER stop me.

And HHO technology continues to work and be valid in complete accordance with all the rules of the Universe despite all this ongoing drama, as I have repeatedly proven.

You are the sort of ignorant slime ball that hurts people and then cowardly can not handle the rejection of their interests in honoring your existence. @kissmyhho I tried to avoid and ignore him, but he just kept jabbing for my attention any way he could. He found a nerve when he accused me of defending pedophiles. Everyone has a breaking point and he found mine. Micheal does not like to be ignored. To bad he could not just stick to attacking the science - since he claims he has a reputable scientific background. Real scientists don't resort to unrelated character assassination attempts.

The man owes me a genuine public apology.

@Ansonidak Actually, I'm no longer concerned at all. Point was made, I smacked them all down, and I have long since moved on. Just posting some pawnage to let them know I know that I beat them all, one by one.

BTW, no rest for the motivated.  I have no plans to retire or kick back, no matter how rich I may or may not become.
