I kept saying for monthes, don't sleep on Mir. Maybe you didn't follow his career before the moto accident, or maybe you just can't fathom the heart of this guy, but trust me, Frank Mir is back and isn't going ANYWHERE!

Like I said ... Nog's stand up is way overrated! I love Nog, he's a great man, and an infamously talented HW in MMA, a legend. But Frank Mir deserved this win, and he went out there and DOMINATED Nog. Nog was completely outmatched. Mir's heart, intelligence, and preparation in this fight truly paid off, and give all he's been through, as a fan, I'm so proud of him!
